1. Scope and contracting entity
These terms apply when you visit the Kyormar website, create an account, purchase or use Agent × IM digital services, or enter related transactions with Shenzhen Luohuo Technology Co., Ltd. (“we” or “us”).
Individual users must have the required civil capacity. When purchasing for an enterprise or other organization, you confirm valid authorization from that organization. Enterprise private-deployment projects follow the signed contract, order, or delivery document; written contract terms prevail over conflicting terms here.
2. Service content and maturity
Kyormar is an Agent-native collaboration platform connecting Agent execution, AI team collaboration, and IM communication in one workspace. The website distinguishes available, Preview, and enterprise capabilities:
- Available now: Agent × IM, SubAgent collaboration, and communication-preference binding.
- Preview: persistent AI team templates and personality-driven role recommendations, which may change, pause, or stop.
- Enterprise capabilities: private deployment, tenants, permissions, audit, and policy governance, delivered according to contract and deployment scope.
Personality questionnaires and AI profiles are used only to adjust response tone, information density, and reminders—not for medical diagnosis, hiring screening, or risk scoring.
3. Account and security
You must provide truthful, accurate, lawful information, protect account credentials, and not transfer or rent accounts or bypass access controls. Immediately contact 2439646234@qq.com.
When risk arises from violating law, infringing others’ rights, attacking systems, abusing models, or bypassing security controls, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate service as necessary and retain relevant evidence.
4. Orders, payment, and activation
Product name, service period, RMB amount, payment method, and delivery content follow the order-confirmation page. Current WeChat payments are one-time Native QR transactions and do not enable automatic renewal by default.
After payment succeeds and the server receives a trusted payment result, digital entitlements are delivered to the current account or team workspace. Order status, failed payments, duplicate payments, and refunds are governed by Payment information and Refund policy.
5. Fair use and intellectual property
Kyormar software, website, commercial core, copy, and brand identifiers are protected by applicable law. Public GPUI and Kyormar-DevTools repositories are used under their actual licenses and notices. Unless permitted by law or authorized in writing, you may not copy the commercial core, remove rights notices, bypass technical restrictions, or resell it as a service.
You are responsible for submitted content and its legality and must hold the rights needed to process, upload, and instruct Agent to use it. You retain rights in your content; we process it only as necessary to provide, secure, and improve the service.
6. Service changes and liability boundaries
We use reasonable efforts to keep the service stable but do not guarantee that Agent output is always accurate or suitable for high-risk decisions. You should review important results, maintain backups, and remain responsible for final actions. We will restore service and notify within reasonable bounds after interruptions caused by force majeure, third-party infrastructure, network failures, or lawful measures.
These terms do not exclude or limit statutory consumer rights. Any liability limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Disputes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The parties should first seek an amicable resolution; unresolved disputes may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction. Statutory consumer rights to complaint, mediation, and litigation are unaffected.
